At Casa De Noor, every piece is built with quality materials and skilled craftsmanship. Our warranty reflects that commitment, protecting you against manufacturing defects after delivery.

What's Covered

  • Structural defects in frames, joints, and core construction
  • Manufacturing faults in materials used (wood, upholstery, hardware)
  • Premature wear resulting from a manufacturing defect rather than normal use

Warranty Duration

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage from excess moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone outside of Casa De Noor
  • Fabric fading, minor color variation, or natural material characteristics (e.g. wood grain differences)
  • Improper assembly by parties other than our own delivery/installation team

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details
  2. Provide clear photos or a short video of the issue
  3. Our team will assess the claim and may request further information or an inspection
  4. If approved, we will repair or replace the affected part or item, at no cost to you

If we request additional information (photos, order details, etc.) and don’t hear back within 5 consecutive calendar days, we will assume you are keeping the item as-is and close the claim.

Repair vs. Replacement

Depending on the issue, Casa De Noor will determine whether a repair or full replacement is the appropriate resolution, always aiming to restore your furniture to its original quality.

Warranty Transferability
