  • Allow flexibility around the scheduled delivery window for traffic or access delays
  • Have someone available to receive and inspect the delivery if you cannot be present yourself
  • Clear the pathway to the room where the item will be placed

Delays

While we work to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to material sourcing, customization complexity, or logistics. If your order is affected, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline.

Repeated Delivery Attempts

If we are unable to reach you to schedule delivery within 30 calendar days of your item being ready, Casa De Noor reserves the right to treat the order as cancelled under our Return & Refund Policy, with any applicable charges deducted before a refund is issued.
