- Custom specifications are confirmed with the customer before production begins, and no changes can be made once manufacturing has started
Orders & Order Confirmation
- Placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or in person constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline
- Orders are only confirmed once payment (in full or as a deposit, per our payment terms) has been received
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock/material unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
