Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in AED (UAE Dirhams). Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order based on your chosen size, material, and customization. Casa De Noor reserves the right to update pricing at any time; confirmed orders are not affected by future price changes.

Order Cancellation

  • Free Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 business day of confirmation, before production begins
  • Cancellation After the Free Window: Cancellations requested after this period, but before production has started, are subject to a 5% cancellation charge based on the total invoice amount
  • Cancellation After Production Has Started: Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled without the customer covering any shipping costs already incurred; free shipping/installation offers are only valid if the order is kept, so cancelling after this stage requires covering original and return delivery costs, even if the order originally qualified for free delivery
  • All applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from your refund amount

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in line with our Return & Exchange Policy — primarily for confirmed manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or approved returns
  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • All delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a card payment is declined or a payment is disputed, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue and confirm your order status. Casa De Noor is not responsible for delays in dispatch resulting from payment issues.
